Last weekend (Labor Day), we were at Bass Lake, Indiana. The little dude loves the water, and this was by far the biggest body of water he's been in. Hoping to get back next year.....we'll see? In the meantime, we are looking forward to Sanibel at Thanksgiving. Go check out D's page to see the trouble he got into.

Hi, everyone! We need to apologize for being so lame with our corner of the 'net. We know that a number of our loved ones were periodically coming back to the site for a visit and hoping to see new content. Unfortunately, our free time slipped away from us for several months. We have a good reason, though, right? Here is a cool picture of the boys hanging out at home in March. It was St. Patty's day, but the pic looked so good in black and white........you'll have to take our word for it that the shirts were green. D's shirt says "Mommy's Good Luck Charm".

Below is a picture of our ocean front property we built in 2005 in Sanibel. We do plan to build another one this year, and learn how to change diapers that are 25% sand.

The home was built with the finest Sanibel sand, donations from some generous horseshoe crabs, some gifts from the Gulf of Mexico, and several hundred shells. The shells are part of our extensive sea shell collection that we keep scattered on the beaches throughout the world. Perhaps you've seen it.......
